Fixora stores your customers’ data because there is no way to run a shop without it. This page says which data, where it lives, and what we don’t do with it.
The data is the shop’s, not ours
The data controller is EDF GLOBAL GROUP LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #7680, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA.
The names, phone numbers, vehicles and invoices you enter into Fixora belong to your shop. We host and protect them; you decide what happens to them.
We don’t sell data. We don’t hand it to advertisers. We don’t train AI models on your customers’ information.
What we store
About you: name, email, an encrypted password, and your shop and subscription details.
About your customers, whatever you type: name, phone, email, vehicle, plate, VIN, the work performed and the invoices issued. Also the photos and files you attach to an order.
Minimal technical data so the service runs and failures can be found: IP address, browser type and server errors.
Isolation between shops
Each shop lives in its own space inside the database, enforced by row-level security rules in Postgres. This is not an interface check: even a hand-crafted request is refused by the database when it reaches for another shop’s rows.
Inside your shop, role permissions control who sees what. A technician never sees prices or margins.
Who we share with, and why
Supabase — database, authentication and file storage, hosted in the United States.
Vercel — application hosting and technical logs.
Stripe — your subscription billing. If you turn on card payments, Stripe also processes your customers’ payments; card details never touch our servers.
Resend — transactional email.
None of them receive your data to use on their own account: they process it on our instruction to provide the service.
How long
For as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep the data for 90 days in case you come back or need to export it, then delete it.
You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time by writing to us.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information. If you are in California, the CCPA also gives you the right to know what we hold and to opt out of its sale — which we do not do with anyone.
Fixora is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
