Terms of service
Updated August 16, 2026
The rules of the deal between your shop and Fixora. In plain English, with no shouting capitals.
What you’re buying
Fixora is subscription software for running an auto repair shop: customers, vehicles, work orders, parts and invoices.
Starter is $49 per month and includes a single admin user. Pro is $99 per month and includes unlimited users and all five roles.
Trial and billing
The trial runs 15 days and a card is taken at sign-up. Unless you cancel before it ends, the first charge lands on day 16.
The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing; service continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
We don’t refund periods already begun, unless the service was down on our side for an extended stretch.
Charging your customers
Turning on card payments is optional. If you do, a Stripe account is created in your shop’s name and the money lands there directly: Fixora never holds or moves your funds.
In that case your shop is the merchant of record. Tax obligations, chargebacks and refunds are yours, not ours. Fixora may take a per-transaction fee, always disclosed before you turn the feature on.
What we expect from you
That you use Fixora for your business and within the law; that you don’t try to reach another shop’s data; that you don’t resell access; and that the information you upload is yours or that you have permission to handle it.
You are responsible for the accounts you create for your team, and for removing access when someone stops working with you.
No impossible promises
We work to keep Fixora available and correct, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will never fail, or that it fits a particular purpose we haven’t promised in writing.
Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, with notice first unless there is immediate risk.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you 30 days ahead by email.
Fixora is a product of EDF GLOBAL GROUP LLC (New Mexico, USA). This agreement is governed by the laws of that state.
